Services
Countryside Property Services provides property management, landscaping, hardscaping, home watch, cottage services, cleaning, vacation rental support, and related property services.
Specific services, pricing, timelines, and responsibilities may vary depending on the property and will be confirmed through a quote, service agreement, invoice, or other written communication.
Quotes and Pricing
Any quote or estimate provided is based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change if:

  • The scope of work changes

  • Additional work is requested

  • Unforeseen property conditions are discovered

  • Materials, labour, disposal, travel, or other costs change

Any additional work outside the original agreed scope may be billed separately.
Scheduling
We make reasonable efforts to complete services according to agreed schedules. However, scheduling may be affected by weather, property access, emergencies, supplier delays, seasonal demand, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where possible, clients will be notified of significant scheduling changes.
Property Access
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property when required.
This may include providing keys, access codes, gate information, parking instructions, or other relevant details.
Countryside Property Services is not responsible for delays or incomplete services resulting from unavailable or restricted access.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the property and advising us of any conditions that could affect the work, including hazards, pets, security systems, restricted areas, utility issues, or existing damage.
Clients should also ensure that requested work complies with any applicable municipal rules, condominium requirements, rental agreements, or other property restrictions.
Payments
Payment terms will be outlined on the applicable quote, invoice, contract, or service agreement.
Clients are responsible for paying invoices according to the stated payment terms.
Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients should provide reasonable notice when cancelling or rescheduling a service.
Certain services, materials, bookings, or projects may require a deposit or may be subject to cancellation fees if work has already been scheduled, materials have been purchased, or costs have been incurred.
Any specific cancellation requirements will be communicated before the applicable service.
Landscaping and Outdoor Services
Outdoor services may be affected by weather, seasonal conditions, soil conditions, plant health, drainage, existing landscaping, and other environmental factors.
While we take reasonable care when performing landscaping and property maintenance, we cannot guarantee outcomes that depend on weather, plant growth, existing conditions, or ongoing maintenance outside our control.
Home Watch and Property Checks
Home watch and property check services are intended to provide routine visual inspections and general property monitoring.
These services do not guarantee prevention or detection of every possible issue, including theft, vandalism, leaks, mechanical failures, pest activity, weather damage, or other unexpected events.
Clients remain responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage and ensuring that their property complies with insurer requirements.
